Eat.Create.Play.Repeat

I have been thinking a lot about some catchy phrase to describe the essence and content of my website. After long deliberation I have decided to spin off the "Eat.Sleep.Play.Repeat" ... there are so many other variations with the EAT SLEEP in it. I thought - why do we need to say "sleep" that is a natural thing. Well for most of us it is. Same would be said for eating. But here are my thoughts on the catchy phrase for the "Julia Robinette" playground for creativity.

EAT.CREATE.PLAY.REPEAT

  • EAT - I love eating. Especially sugary delicious foods! On my adventures in Julia's Playground, I will be exploring different tasty treats. I may even be making some of those tasty treats. Which brings me to the next part of the catch phrase...

  • CREATE - Expressing my creative side is very important to me. Since I am in a career that is very technical, it is hard to practice those creative skills. As you have already seen, one of the creative outlets I have is photography. But this is only one outlet! I will also be exploring Arts and Crafts, Graphics Design, and even Food Creations!

  • PLAY - My other passion is Gaming. My husband and I met via a Game and I intend to keep this as a core theme in my life. With that said - after a long day of Work, Eating, and Creating, sometimes you just need to play. That is why Play is in my catch phrase. It reinforces and reminds you to relax and "just have fun". I may write about some of my gaming adventures... but I may leave that mostly up to my husband. Right now he is focusing a lot on Retro Gaming. • REPEAT - Of course, every day you start fresh ... and with that comes new adventures. Whether that be in eating new and interesting treats, creating some awesome arts, crafts, photos, or playing a really great game (I really recommend "The Witcher" if you have not played), the fun must continue! And yes - all of these activities should be fun :). If they aren't.. then it may be time to cut off and start the cycle again. Remember - a lot of great things have come out of failure, mistakes, and trying trying, practicing, and "repeating" .

I will be posting another post real soon with one of my first projects using a new tool I got. The Cricut Maker. It is really fun so far, I cant wait to show all of the cool stuff that can be done with it.
